PurchasePoint offers a powerful and streamlined workflow to manage your supplier accounts and purchase orders. Part of RosettaWorks Suite of Applications.

Features :
Quickly find suppliers using the search and filter features.
Create any number of suppliers with the option to automatically generate unique account numbers.
Create states and assign them to suppliers to represent a range of situations.
Supplier activity shows a detailed list of transactions for a supplier. Drill down to view the items on a transaction and drill down further to see how they were paid. You can also search and filter the activity.
Aged balances allows you to analyse activity by viewing the balance of outstanding transactions over a range of date periods. Drill down to view the transactions that made up the balances and the individual periods (age) the transactions have been outstanding.
Print statements, labels and envelopes for suppliers.
