Drag and drop between folders. Customize and set rules for the look of each Task so you're quickly notified of specific information that needs your attention. Example would be to set the font color red whenever a task is past its due date. Maybe another rule would be to set the Icon associated with it to a specific image and then set the background color blue andthe font color white and italic because the category has been set to "Important must see".
