Outlook Express Recovery tool. The dbx recovery tool. OE-Mail Recovery is a tool for repairing Outlook Express folders if they are damaged or corrupted. OE-Mail Recovery extracts and saves e-mails from .dbx files in which Microsoft Outlook Express stores messages and folders on the local drive.

The program can:

2. Open and view dbx files of Outlook Express
3. Extract messages from a damaged DBX files of Outlook Express folders
4. Recover damaged and corrupted folders of Outlook Expres
